These terms cover a Right Track subscription, bought by a parent or guardian for a student. By starting a trial or subscription, you agree to them.
One plan gives your student the diagnostic, a day-by-day plan to their test date, and daily lessons and practice in SAT Math and Reading and Writing, plus a daily summary for you. The price is shown before you subscribe.
New subscriptions start with a 5-day free trial, once per student and per parent email. A card is required to start it. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you don't, the monthly price is charged when the trial ends.
The subscription renews automatically every month at the price shown when you subscribed, and the card on file is charged on each renewal date, until you cancel. We will tell you by email before any price change.
You can cancel anytime, in one click, from "Manage billing" (linked in our parent emails). Access continues until the end of the period already paid for, then stops. Your student's data is kept, so their plan and progress are there if you subscribe again.
We don't refund partial months. Any adjustment from a change to your plan follows Stripe's standard proration. If a payment fails, access continues for 3 days while you update your card, then pauses.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
